As Customer Experience Manager (CXM), you understand the needs and challenges of the customers across the consecutive stages of the customer journey. You devise a strategy to optimize the customer experience within the specific customer journey stage.
Develop a strategy for the experiences and products within your dedicated domain, translate it in a short-term road map for product improvements to offer clients an even better experience and drive business results.
Build and defend business cases on new opportunities, such as product development, process improvements, initiation of new suppliers etc.
Take charge of implementation of new products or suppliers in your domain.
Define and gather business requirements for new features or bug fixes, and coordinate the implementation in close collaboration with product owners, technology and design teams, and the external suppliers.
Guard the quality of the delivered features and fixes to ensure a great user experience.
Use a data-driven approach to analyze consumer behavior in order to build a balanced product portfolio.
Build sustainable relationships and negotiate fruitful collaborations with external suppliers. Use key analytics to evaluate supplier performance, and present clear reporting about performance to management
Preferably, you have a higher degree in economics, commercial sciences, marketing or equivalent.
Several years of professional experience in a similar position. Knowledge about Digital Marketing, Product Ownership and E-Commerce are a serious perk.
In-depth knowledge of product development principles.
Outstanding communication skills, using appropriate language at all levels -both spoken (incl. presenting) and written (incl. reporting)- in English and Dutch.
Experienced in working according to Agile principles.
An innovative mindset, creative as well as rigorous with an eye for detail while keeping the bigger picture in mind.
